The Moment is an intallation by Katie Paterson that forms a part of the National Glass Centre's major project the Glass Exchange. The work consists of a series of hourglasses that flow for fifteen minutes, allowing the audience to reflect on the vastness of time and one's role within it. The Moment will be displayed at Durham Cathedral, Sunderland Minster and the National Glass Centre, with additional venues to be determined.
