This summer, The Drawing Center presents Frank Walter's first solo museum exhibition in the United States, featuring a selection of works on paper, cardboard and wood, alongside his notebooks and musical, genealogical and poetic compositions.

 

The show not only provides insight into Walter's artistic practice, but also his relationship to issues of race and identity, the legacy of slavery, the colonial and postcolonial experience and the history and politics of Antigua, Barbuda and beyond.
