This 384 page volume has been created to showcase solo exhibitions that have defined contemporary painting since the release of Contemporary British Painting 2 in 2021. It includes the work of eighty-five artists born or living in Britain.
Andrew Cranston, Nick Goss and Lorna Robertson's solo exhibitons at Ingleby: Never a Joiner (2023), Smickel Inn, Balcony of Europe (2023) and Thoughts, meals, days (2022) feature in the publication, with words by Matthew James Holman, Anneka French and Holly Black alongside Caroline Walker's solo exhibitions Birth Reflections (2022) at The Fitzrovia Chapel and Lisa (2022) at Stephen Friedman Gallery.
