This year, as part of the first Dartmoor Tors Festival, there will be a unique opportunity to walk with legendary photographer Garry Fabian Miller, seeing the landscape through his eyes within "The Crucible", an imagined circle 8 miles wide around his Dartmoor home.
The festival, conceived by writer and former BBC journalist Sophie Pierce and artist and curator Alex Murdin, will explore and celebrate the culture of Dartmoor and emotional connections to wild, ancient places, featuring a selection of talks, conversations, walks, workshops and performances.
